Present Activities: I serve as the Director of Construction & Engineering (Southwest) in the AT&T Antenna Solutions Group, which is responsible for the build, test, and turn-up of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in venues such as airports, universities, convention centers, hotels, shopping malls, and stadiums.

Previous Activities: Data Operations. Leading the monitoring, restoration, outage management, technology insertions, and change management of national enterprise and mass market data networks.

Specialties: Leading Innovation. Bringing people together to accomplish change. Building high trust teams. Improving network availability and restoration times. Investigating root cause and implementing processes to avoid or eliminate future conditions.

President's Volunteer Service Award

I received the Bronze Service Award for volunteering at the Carrollton, Texas Police Department.  Through CCPAAA, citizen's of Carrollton may patrol along side uniformed officers in squad cars.  Volunteers respond to low risk calls and act as another set of eyes on the street.  CCPAAA has also helped the PD overcome funding shortfalls through fund raising initiatives.
